The duty slip is the source of truth
Start and end odometer, hours, passenger OTP and signature, tolls and parking captured on the driver's phone. The invoice line carries the vehicle, the driver and the duty slip number, so a disputed charge is answered by opening the duty, not by arguing.
Indian compliance is in the product
Rule 46 invoice numbering per financial year, CGST, SGST and IGST split by place of supply, e-invoice IRN and e-way bill through a GSP, GSTR-1 and 3B workings, TDS 194C with Form 26Q and 16A, and payroll with PF, ESI and professional tax.
